President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his son Heydar Aliyev participated in the foundation laying ceremony of Eyvazkhanbeyli village of Aghdam region on September 19.

Axar.az reports that Emin Huseynov, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Agdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend regions, informed the head of state about the work to be done in the village.

It was reported that the planned total area of ​​the village is about 300 hectares. According to the master plan, this village was designed together with the villages of Shishpapag, Kosalar and Eyvazkhanbeyli, which are close to each other in terms of territorial units.

It is planned to settle 4038 people in Eyvazkhanbeyli village. For this purpose, it is planned to build 1091 private houses.

Taking into account the number of people who will live here, 88.3 hectares of land has been allocated for the first stage of the construction of residential areas. In the first stage, it is planned to build 427 private houses for the resettlement of 1563 people. The houses to be built will have two, three, four and five rooms.

It was pointed out that the construction of a school building, a kindergarten, an administrative building, a flag square, a medical center, other service facilities and a recreation park are planned in the village. Necessary measures will be taken to ensure employment of the population.

On September 19, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev got acquainted with the restoration works carried out in Kangarli village of Aghdam district.

The head of our state was informed about the works done in the village.

As in other areas freed from occupation, construction work has been rampant in Agdam district. One of the places where the construction work continues is Kangarli village of the region. The foundation of the village was laid by President Ilham Aliyev on October 4, 2022.

It was noted that 2,544 people (632 families) were planned to be settled in Kangarli village, located 6 kilometers from Agdam city. The total projected area is 177.2 hectares. Taking into account the number of people to be settled here, 72.5 hectares of land has been allocated for the first stage of the construction of residential quarters. In the first stage, 292 private houses are being built for the resettlement of 1279 people.

It was reported that demolition and vertical planning works have already been completed in the territory of the village. In addition, the soil, foundation, and masonry works of 292 private houses and the external finishing works of 278 private houses have been completed.

Currently, 94 private houses are being decorated and furniture is being installed. The construction of the village's central communication system and road infrastructure is also ongoing.

It was brought to attention that all conditions will be created to ensure the employment of the population in the village. It is intended to provide employment to residents in the fields of culture and entertainment centers, various purpose enterprises, economic development facilities, education, management and agriculture.
