Azerbaijan, NATO discuss military cooperation

Within the framework of the "15th NATO Days" event held under the Individual Partnership Cooperation Program with NATO, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Director General Mr. Agil Gurbanov, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Supreme Allied Command in Europe (SHAPE) - Head of the Partnership Department, Rear Admiral Bruasdal, visited our country He met with the delegation headed by Gunnstein.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Ministry of Defense.

It was reported that the current state of relations between the two sides was highly evaluated at the meeting, and views were exchanged on issues that are in perspective for further development of established relations. Also, the activities of our military personnel participating in NATO's Operational Capability Concept (OCP) and other programs were highly appreciated. After that, the importance of the exchange of experience and self-improvement among military personnel who will participate in various trainings and courses was specially emphasized.

During the meeting between the parties, the prospects for the development of relations were discussed and questions of mutual interest were answered.
