On March 15, Russian President Vladimir Putin, the President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, and the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, held an informal meeting in Moscow with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

Axar.az reports that the Press Service of the President of Azerbaijan published a statement.

During the telephone conversation, which was held in a cordial and friendly atmosphere, the presidents exchanged views on the future development of interstate relations.

Vladimir Putin invited the head of state to the solemn events to be held in Moscow on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

President Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude for the invitation.
