The Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board (CMB), Sheikhulislam Haji Allahshukur Pashazadeh, unlike previous years, did not participate in this year's Ramadan Eid prayer.

Axar.az reports that the reason for this is the emergence of health problems in A. Pashazada.

Currently, the CMB chairman is suffering from pain in the spine. Such a condition has partially limited his mobility. Therefore, the religious leader could not attend the Eid prayer.

It should be noted that today is Ramadan Eid in Azerbaijan. The Eid prayer was performed in the Ajderbay Mosque in Baku under the leadership of the first deputy chairman of the CMB, Mufti Haji Salman Musayev.

In the Tazapir Mosque, the Eid prayer was led by the imam of the aforementioned place of worship, Haji Faiz Nagizada.

It should be noted that Allahshukur Pashazada was born on August 26, 1949, in the village of Jil, Lankaran region. He has been the chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office since 1980.
