Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia presented the Order of the Holy Princess Olga, 1st degree, of the Russian Orthodox Church to Mehriban Aliyeva, First Vice-President of Azerbaijan and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Axar.az reports that the order was presented during a meeting between President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva with Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia.

It should be noted that the First Lady of Azerbaijan was awarded this order by the decree of Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia for her contribution to the preservation of traditional values ​​in society and the development of intercultural and interreligious dialogue.

First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva expressed her gratitude for the attention shown.
