An earthquake struck the Lerik district on June 2.

Axar.az informs the Republican Seismic Survey Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences reported the incident.

The 3.6-magnitude quake was recorded at 7:51 a.m. local time, 17 kilometers west of the Lankaran station, in Lerik.

The epicenter was located at a depth of 15 kilometers.
