Azerbaijani athletes won 3,000 medals

“Azerbaijani sportsmen claimed 3,000 medals in over thousand international tournaments held from 2013 to 2016 years,” said Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov.

The minister said 1042 of these medals were claimed in Olympic sports events.
