As a result of a fire in Crimea, an ammunition warehouse exploded, railway traffic was stopped on the 100-kilometer road from Jankoy station to Simferopol station.

Axar.az reports that ASTRA Telegram informs about this with reference to sources.

It is noted that the fire broke out in the evening of August 6 in the territory of the Leninskoye and Zvezdnoye villages of the Krasnogvardeysky district, in the ammunition warehouse in the area where the 104th Guards Air Assault Division is temporarily located.

"Ammunition exploded and its fragments fell near residential buildings in the villages of Zvezdnoye, Leninskoye, Andreyevka. There are no reports of casualties. Officials have not made a statement about the situation, the exact causes of the fire are not known," the report said.
