During the night, a mass drone attack targeted Russia's capital, Moscow.

According to the report, the first attack occurred in the Lyubertsy district. Later, drones were shot down in the Zhukovsky region. Local residents reported hearing at least six explosions.

According to Moscow region governor Andrey Vorobyov, air defense systems shot down 14 drones in the cities of Podolsk, Ramenskoye, Lyubertsy, Domodedovo, and Kolomna.

Russian media reported that a fire broke out on the 11th and 12th floors of a residential building in the Ramenskoye district.

In another residential building, around 20 apartments caught fire. Three people were injured by shrapnel.

It was also reported that a drone crashed near Zhukovsky airport.

Operations at Domodedovo, Vnukovo, and Zhukovsky airports have been suspended.
