About 100,000 civilians have left Gaza City due to the Israeli military operation.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

"About 100,000 people have left Gaza. Hamas is doing everything in its power to prevent them from leaving, keeping them there as "human shields," the prime minister said.

According to Netanyahu, Israel wants to focus its strikes on terrorists and allow civilians to leave.
