Moldovan president supports Georgian opposition

Moldovan President Maia Sandu has expressed support for the protest actions taking place in Tbilisi.

Axar.az reports that Sandu wrote about this on her X page.

“My thoughts are with the people of Georgia who are defending their freedom and European future. Democracy cannot be silenced. Moldova is on your side,” Sandu said.

It should be noted that yesterday, the opposition held a protest in Tbilisi against the results of municipal elections. The protests left 27 people injured, including 21 police officers.
