Israel's security minister responds to Trump

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir responded to US President Donald Trump's comments on the West Bank.

Axar.az reports, citing Israeli media.

Ben-Gvir said that Israel is an independent and sovereign state, and that members of parliament vote according to their own will.

"I highly appreciate President Trump. He is undoubtedly the most pro-Israel American President. At the same time, it should be emphasized that members of the Knesset vote according to their own decisions," Ben-Gvir emphasized.

It should be noted that US President Donald Trump has expressed strong opposition to the idea of Israel annexing the West Bank.
