During my visit to Washington, we held detailed discussions with US Special Representative Stephen Wittkoff on Ukraine, Iran, Palestine, and Syria.

Axar.az reports that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan made this statement to journalists.

“We had the opportunity to discuss in detail many issues related to Palestine, for which Wittkoff is responsible. As you know, there are still important unresolved matters concerning the ceasefire. Wittkoff also oversees the Russia-Ukraine issue, so we held in-depth discussions on this topic as well. We discussed what can be done at this critical point to end the war, the role Turkiye can play, and how we can cooperate with the US in this context. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has certain views on these issues. During the meeting, we shared some of our assessments and next steps,” Fidan said.
