Ukraine is actively working to purchase natural gas from Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“We are creating broad opportunities for winter supplies. In particular, through our Polish partners, we are actively working with Azerbaijan. We hope for long-term contracts,” Zelensky stressed.

According to him, a historic agreement has been prepared with France that will significantly strengthen Ukraine's combat aviation, air defense, and other defense capabilities.

The Ukrainian President also said that his expected visit to Spain on Monday would be productive.

“According to the schedule of the visit, it will be on Monday. The visit will be meaningful, it will really be a support that will help Ukraine defend itself and achieve its goals,” Zelensky stressed.
