Hamas denies Israel’s ceasefire violation claims

Izzat al-Rishq, a member of Hamas’ Political Bureau, responded to Israel’s claims that the movement violated the ceasefire.

Axar.az informs that TRT Haber reported the information.

Rishq called on mediators and the US administration to pressure Israel.

He clarified reports that Hamas had informed the US that the ceasefire agreement had ended:

“The claims by Israeli sources that Hamas allegedly informed Stephen Witkoff, the US President’s special envoy for the Middle East, that the agreement has ended are baseless.”

It should be noted that earlier reports claimed Hamas had informed the US that the ceasefire in Gaza had expired and that its fighters were ready for operations.
