Sweden provide $200M budget support to Ukraine

Sweden will provide Ukraine with $200 million in direct budget support in 2026.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha.

According to the minister, the budget support in question will cover the daily needs of Ukrainian citizens, important public services, energy supply, healthcare, schools, pensions, and other payments.

It should be noted that Sweden became the first country to provide direct budget support to Ukraine in August.
