Putin and Lula discuss bilateral ties and Venezuela

Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with his Brazilian counterpart, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.

According to the report, the presidents discussed bilateral relations as well as the situation in Venezuela.

In addition, the leaders agreed to help reduce tensions in Latin America and other regions.
