Putin and Lula discuss bilateral ties and Venezuela

Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with his Brazilian counterpart, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.

According to the report, the presidents discussed bilateral relations as well as the situation in Venezuela.
