Ukraine seizes the property of Tymoshenko and husband

The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine has ruled to seize part of the property of Yulia Tymoshenko, the leader of the Batkivshchyna party.

Axar.az informs, citing APA, that Suspilne reported this.

According to the information, the court in the case of the politician suspected of taking bribes within the Verkhovna Rada also seized the property belonging to Yulia Tymoshenko's husband, Oleksandr Tymoshenko, as well as money and other items seized during searches.

Tymoshenko's lawyer said that the defense does not agree with the court's decision and will appeal it.
