Turkiye opposes any foreign intervention in Iran

We are categorically against any foreign intervention in Iran. This would be an extremely wrong step.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Omer Chelik, a spokesman for Turkiye's ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party).

"Any foreign intervention leads to extremely serious consequences. Targeting the country's leaders, trying to change regimes by force, as in the case of Venezuela or as is often mentioned in the news about Iran, has never been a solution anywhere in the world. Such steps create even greater problems and crises," Chelik noted.
