What the Iranian people expect from the world today is what Ukraine needed on February 24 — when Russia began its invasion.

Axar.az reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this during his speech at the Munich Security Conference.

“Regimes like the one in Iran must not be given time. When they are given time, they simply kill more people. The Iranian regime must be stopped immediately,” Zelensky stressed.

Zelensky also noted that when Iran first supplied Shahed drone drones to Russia, they were easily shot down:

“Now those drones have changed. They have jet engines and can fly at different altitudes. These drones use Starlink.”

The Ukrainian leader added that his country has never had a conflict with the Iranian authorities:

“We do not share a border with Iran and have never had a conflict with the Iranian regime. But the Shahed drones they sell to Russia are killing our people and destroying our infrastructure.”
