German Foreign Minister Johann Wadeful called US Secretary of State Marco Rubio's speech at the Munich Security Conference a "good start" in the context of improving relations with Washington.

Axar.az reports that Wadeful said this while making a statement to journalists.

Wadeful told journalists that Europe has decided to take measures to increase its competitiveness on its own initiative, and that his country is also making efforts to prevent illegal migration.

"Europe is ready for dialogue with the United States. But we do not need additional advice," he added.

It should be noted that Rubio expressed his concern about the issue of mass migration during his speech at the conference and emphasized that the United States wants to see a strong Europe.
