The West's biggest mistake is not helping Ukraine earlier, which should have been done in 2014.
Axar.az reports that former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said this.
He noted that if the alliance had armed and trained the Ukrainian army between 2014 and 2022, the country could now control more territory and perhaps prevent a large-scale invasion by Russia.
"NATO allies have provided unprecedented support to Ukraine, but the big mistake is that more support was not provided earlier. Are we making the same mistake today? I think more needs to be done today," Stoltenberg stressed.
