Technical framework set for Ukraine ceasefire

The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that there is now a technical-level understanding of how a ceasefire would be monitored, with the United States actively involved in the process.

Axar.az reports that spokesperson Heorhiy Tykhyi emphasized that having an agreed framework for monitoring is “constructive and positive” and a key condition for advancing negotiations.

This clarification comes amid ongoing talks in Geneva involving Ukraine, the U.S., and Russia, as well as discussions on the legal and technical aspects of the Prosperity Plan.
