Iran’s security chief, Ali Larijani, warned U.S. President Donald Trump to be careful “not to be eliminated,” saying the Iranian people are unfazed by his “empty threats.”

Axar.az reports that “The Iranian nation does not fear your empty threats. Even greater powers than you could not eliminate the Iranian people. Be careful not to be eliminated yourselves,” Larijani posted on X.

His remarks came in response to a post by Trump threatening harsher action against Iran if it disrupts oil flow through the strategic Strait of Hormuz.
