Iran defense research chief killed in U.S.-Israeli strike

Ali Fuladvand, head of research at the Organization of Defensive Innovation and Research (SPND) under Iran’s Ministry of Defense, was killed.

Axar.az reports, citing Mehr, that he was killed in a joint U.S.-Israeli airstrike in Borujerd on the morning of March 28, 2026.
