Kremlin: Zelensky should withdraw from Donbas 'now'

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should decide “today” to withdraw Ukrainian troops from Donbas — a step he should have taken “yesterday.”

Axar.az informs that this was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

“As for the two months, it’s not about two months. Zelensky needs to make the decision now for Ukrainian forces to leave Donbas and withdraw beyond the administrative borders of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” Peskov said.

“This has been said many times. In principle, Zelensky should have made this decision yesterday — to take responsibility and make this difficult choice,” he added.

It should be noted that yesterday, Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia had given two months for the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donbas.
