Russia declares mourning after factory blast -

A three-day mourning period has been declared in Nizhnekamsk following a fire and explosion at the "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" plant in Russia’s Republic of Tatarstan.

Axar.az reports that this information was provided by the city’s mayor, Radmir Belyayev.

He stated that all entertainment and public events in the region have been canceled, and state flags have been lowered to half-mast.

It should be noted that three people were killed and 72 others were injured in the incident.
