Ukraine introduces low-cost 'Khmarynka' attack drone

Ukrainian defense-tech company “General Chereshnya” has presented a new fixed-wing strike drone called “Khmarynka” (Cloudlet).

Axar.az reports that the drone is designed as a low-cost, mass-produced solution for targeting enemy assets at tactical depth.

“Khmarynka” can carry a payload of up to 7 kilograms, operate at a range of up to 50 kilometers, and remain airborne for up to 60 minutes.

The company stated that the drone is intended to destroy armored vehicles, transport, warehouses, and infantry shelters, as well as to help deplete enemy air defenses.

The system has completed internal and field testing and is ready for serial production. The first batch of 150 drones is being provided free of charge to Ukraine’s Defense Forces for combat feedback, and the drone is expected to become available for order soon via the “Brave1” defense cluster marketplace.
