Tehran confiscates assets of over 250 individuals

In Iran, the assets of more than 250 individuals have been confiscated by the Tehran Prosecutor’s Office.

Axar.az reports, citing IRNA, Tehran Prosecutor Ali Salihi said that both movable and immovable assets belonging to over 250 individuals involved in activities disrupting national security have been seized. He added that the individuals were linked to anti-revolution networks as well as what he described as Zionist and U.S.-linked groups.

Salihi also stated that, in one case, 63 assets belonging to Mahmoud Enayat, identified as the head of the “International” network, were identified. He noted that relevant instructions had been issued to the Central Bank, the Registration Organization, and the stock trading system in connection with the case.

The prosecutor emphasized that the judicial system is acting firmly against those who threaten national security and is committed to ensuring public safety.
