Russia plans to strike Kyiv’s decision-making centers

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that Ukrainian military intelligence has obtained Russian documents outlining potential targets for new strikes on Ukraine.

Axar.az reports, citing Kyiv Post, Zelensky stated that Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence (HUR) received materials containing what Moscow describes as “decision-making centers” among the intended targets.

He said the alleged target list includes nearly two dozen political and military command sites. The materials contained coordinates and satellite images of several locations in Kyiv, including the Office of the President and other protected facilities in the capital.

Zelensky also said that Ukraine has taken the information into account, adding that Ukraine operates differently from Russia.

In his remarks, he emphasized that Ukraine’s defense is rooted in the readiness of its people to defend their independence and sovereignty, contrasting it with Russia’s system of decision-making and responsibility for the war.
