Pezeshkian holds meeting with Minister Mohsin Naqvi

Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian met today in Tehran with Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.

Axar.az reports that the Pakistani Embassy in Tehran stated that Naqvi, who arrived in Tehran the previous day, spent nearly three hours at the Presidential Institution.

According to the statement, Iran’s Interior Minister, Eskandar Momeni, and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi also attended the meetings held at the Presidential Institution.

It was further noted that a separate private meeting took place between the Pakistani Interior Minister and the Iranian President, lasting around 90 minutes and also attended by Iran’s Interior Minister.

Details of the discussions have not been disclosed.

It should be noted that reports had previously circulated that Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited Tehran to help finalize a draft agreement between the United States and Iran.
