Erdogan and Trump hold talks on regional issues

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and U.S. President Donald Trump have held a phone conversation.

Axar.az reports that the call covered bilateral relations as well as regional and global issues.

During the conversation, Erdogan told Trump that extending the ceasefire with Iran was a positive step. He also stressed the need to prevent further deterioration of the situation in Lebanon, which he described as being under Israeli attack.
