Jordan air defenses intercepted 4 missiles fired from Iran

Jordan's Armed Forces intercepted and shot down four missiles that breached Jordanian airspace from Iranian territory early Tuesday morning.

Axar.az reports, citing the Jordan News Agency (Petra), the interception operation was carried out with a high degree of efficiency as part of operational measures aimed at safeguarding the Kingdom's sovereignty, security, and citizens, confirming that the incident caused no casualties or material damage.

The report said any attempt to undermine state sovereignty or violate Jordanian airspace will be met with decisive force, reaffirming that the military will not hesitate to take all necessary measures to protect the country.
