Memorial for Khamenei held at Yerevan's Blue Mosque

A memorial ceremony titled "Until the Last Moment for the Homeland" dedicated to Iran's late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was held at the Blue Mosque in Yerevan, regarded as a historic Azerbaijani architectural monument.

Axar.az reports, citing Iranian media, that Iran's Ambassador to Armenia, Khalil Shirgholami, addressed the event, speaking about Khamenei's political career and his role in the Islamic Republic of Iran.

It should be noted that Khamenei, who was killed at his residence in Israeli strikes on February 28, was buried in Mashhad on July 9.
