Three Armenian governors give up parliamentary mandates

Several Armenian regional governors have decided to give up their parliamentary mandates in order to remain in their current posts.

Axar.az reports, citing Armenian media, that the officials include Ararat Governor Sedrak Tevonyan, Armavir Governor Vahram Khachatryan, and Gegharkunik Governor Karen Sargsyan.

The three opted to relinquish their seats in parliament in order to continue serving as regional governors.
