General Staff rejects reports of Syrskyi's removal

Repоrts regarding the alleged dismissal of General Oleksandr Syrskyi from his post as commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are untrue.

Axar.az reports, citing Ukrinform, that this information was released by the General Staff.

“Repоrts circulating in the media, particularly on social media and in some news outlets, regarding the alleged dismissal of General Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, are untrue,” the statement reads.

General Syrskyi continues to perform his duties as commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the General Staff stated.
