Netanyahu voices skepticism over Iran deal

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told U.S. President Donald Trump that Israel would support any successful agreement with Iran despite his skepticism about the prospects for a deal.

Axar.az reports that Politico reporter Dasha Burns made the remarks during an appearance on Fox News, citing a conversation with White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt following Netanyahu's meeting with Trump.

According to Burns, Leavitt said the meeting went "fairly well.

While Netanyahu expressed skepticism about the possibility of reaching an agreement with Iran, he told Trump: "But hey, if you're able to do it, we will support you."

Burns added that there was no extensive agenda for the meeting from either Trump or Netanyahu.
