Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said former President Mikheil Saakashvili is completely "detached from common sense" and should be assessed by specialists outside the political sphere.
Axar.az reports, citing Georgian media, that Kobakhidze said Saakashvili was "detached from everything connected with common sense" both while serving as president and after moving into the opposition, adding that his condition has now become "even worse."
The prime minister also said Saakashvili had previously compared himself to Georgia's King David IV, known as David the Builder, which he described as further evidence that the former president is out of touch with reality.
