The delegation, led by Russian deputy Konstantin Zatulin, has returned to Moscow.

Axar.az informs, the newspaper "Graparak" reported.

"Zatulin has met with various political forces all these days. He also held meetings with the Armenian generals. In these meetings, Zatulin tried to find out what policy Armenia would apply to Russia. After that, he returned quietly to Moscow.

"The billionaire Samvel Karapetyan, along with Zatulin, also returned to Russia," - the newspaper wrote.
