A SEPAH general has been killed in Israeli airstrikes on Syria.

Axar.az informs this was reported by the Turkish website Haber7.

Israeli fighters have reportedly targeted a military base south of the capital, Damascus. The headquarters is said to belong to the Iranian military.

According to the report, a meeting was held at the headquarters with the participation of high-ranking officers during the attack. A large number of people were killed at the headquarters of regime officers, Iranian servicemen and Hezbollah commanders.

In addition, the Iranian air defence system was destroyed.
