Turkey is not an ordinary country for NATO.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Fakhraddin Altun, head of the Communications Department of the Turkish Presidential Administration.

"NATO's membership and close relations with Ukraine and Russia have reiterated that Turkey is a key country in terms of diplomacy. Today, it has become clear once again that NATO cannot exist without Turkey," Altun said.
