The Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board (CMB), Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazadeh, will visit the Kingdom of Spain on April 24.

It was reported that A. Pashazadeh, at the invitation of the UN Deputy Secretary-General, High Representative of the UN Alliance of Civilizations Miguel Angel Moratinos, will participate in the first event of the joint initiative of the UN Alliance of Civilizations and Religions for Peace called “Call for Peace, Ending Wars and Respect for International Law”.

The round table and memorial event, which will be held on April 25-26 in the historic Spanish city of Guernica on the 88th anniversary of the tragic bombing, with the participation of religious leaders, aims to promote the call for peace, support respect for international law, and strengthen condemnation of wars.
