Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi will pay an official visit to Turkiye today at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Axar.az reports that within the framework of Draghi's visit to Turkey, today he will chair the Third Turkey-Italy Intergovernmental Summit together with Erdogan.

There will also be an exchange of views on bilateral relations with Italy, a strategic partner and NATO ally, Turkey-EU relations, and regional and global issues.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will welcome him with an official ceremony.

After the one-on-one meeting of the leaders, inter-staff discussions will be held.

There will also be an exchange of views on bilateral relations with Italy, a strategic partner and NATO ally, Turkiye-EU relations, regional and global issues.

It is expected that the following documents will be signed.

Later, the leaders will hold a press conference together.
