The ambassador of Denmark in Ankara was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye.
Axar.az reports that the reason for this was the attack on the Holy Quran and the flag of Turkiye in Denmark.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye said that allowing this heinous act under the name of freedom of speech is absolutely unacceptable and such an approach can never be justified:
"We strongly condemn the re-authorization of the hate crime committed in Denmark on March 24 against our Holy Quran and our glorious flag on March 31 during the month of Ramadan.
The Danish ambassador, who was summoned to our ministry, was informed that we strongly condemn and protest this heinous attack. We once again call on the Danish authorities to take the necessary measures against the perpetrators of this crime and to take effective measures to prevent the recurrence of such provocations."
