Axar.az reports that the first lady of Ukraine, Yelena Zelenskaya, said these words to the Japanese journalist, "What conditions are necessary for Ukraine to start negotiations with Russia?" Russia always states that it is ready for dialogue. What do you think about this?

Zelenskaya said that the president should answer this question:

"I cannot take such a responsibility, I do not have such a mandate. Any of my words on this subject will be accepted as the words of the president because I am a close person to him."

He added that the president of Ukraine talks a lot about this:
