The completion of the Rasht-Astara and Chabahar-Zahidan railway lines will improve the connection between Iran and Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that information about this was spread on the Russian-language Telegram channel of the SEPAH.

"Completion of the Rasht-Astara and Chabahar-Zahidan railway lines will improve the connection between Iran and Azerbaijan, and India will be able to have easier access to any part of Eurasia through the western route," he said in the post.

It was also noted that the route will open great opportunities for India.
