When Russia sits down at the negotiating table, it will mean that it has not lost the war and will not bear any responsibility.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

Podolyak stressed that the attack on the hospital and the civilian population was completely thought out and clearly planned by Russia:

"Let's understand how Putin thinks. "He is carrying out a large number of genocidal attacks on the territory of Ukraine."

According to him, Russia does not respect any international convention.
