If the opposition wins the October parliamentary elections, Georgia will become the second front of the military conflict with Russia within a few days.

Axar.az reports that Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze expressed this opinion in an interview with "Rustavi 2" TV channel.

"If you theoretically imagine the collective National Movement coming to power, for example, by November, after the elections, I guarantee you that Georgia will become the second front in a few days, not after two, three or four months. Based on the information I have, I guarantee this," said Kobakhidze.

According to the Prime Minister, after the start of military operations in Ukraine, the opposition in the country, as well as the Ukrainian leadership, called on Georgia to send military personnel to the conflict zone.
