Former MoD of Russia was arrested

Former Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia (2008-2022) Colonel-General Dmitry Bulgakov was arrested for corruption.

Axar.az reports that the Russian Investigative Committee has released information about this.

The general was placed in a detention center and investigations are currently underway.

It should be noted that Bulgakov is a Hero of Russia and was included in the Western sanctions list due to the Ukrainian war.
