A 4.3-magnitude earthquake occurred near Chhorotsku settlement of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti region in western Georgia.

Axar.az reports that the National Seismic Monitoring Center of Georgia has released information about this.

The epicenter of the earthquake was located 13 kilometers north-east of Chhorotsk, three kilometers from the village of Taya.

No casualties or damages are reported.
